Versions:
The new XOP10^ac is available in many different versions thanks to its modularity. Vertical order picker, low - medium or high level, with or without auxiliary lift, with a picking height h28 that ranges from 2800mm to 6350mm.
Driver's Cab:
Several different versions are available in compliance with current regulations: with or without overhead guard, with or without lateral barriers. The driver’s cab has also been ergonomically designed in order to facilitate order picking operations. The platform is equipped with an upholstered floor mat for less vibration and allows easy access thanks to the small step height (h7=200mm). The width of the cab varies from 800 to 1500mm with 100mm steps.
Operating Panel:
Two possible versions: LED display with 7-digit indicator or LCD display with membrane keyboard. The layout is always clear with a user-friendly interface. The panel can be equipped with steering wheel (no end position - no neutral position) or steering knob (end position at approx. ±135°). The traction and the lifting/lowering are controlled by a switch (behind the handhold) and the panel is completed with horn and emergency button.
Masts:
Many different versions are available (single or Telescopic) in order to adapt the truck to the various customer requirements. Single masts have direct lift by means of a central cylinder with no chains, while the Telescopic versions have continuous height measurement and a limit switch for ramp control (Masterdrive concept).
Optional mast bracing is available for versions with h1=2900mm.
Auxiliary lift:
Available for all XOP10 versions (low - high level), the auxiliary lift has been designed to facilitate the picking mission. It has a value of h9=800mm and is available with welded or adjustable FEM forks.
Chassis:
The modular concept of this vehicle enhances the stability and rigidness of its chassis, available with two possible widths: 790 & 980mm. In combination with the several battery compartments (2 for the narrow and 3 for the wide version), it provides the best possible configuration for the customer’s application along with a large battery capacity as needed. The battery compartments can also be equipped with rollers for side change through battery frames. As an option, the chassis can be equipped with right and left metal battery compartment covers.
Side Rollers:
For rail heights of 50mm or 100mm according to the chassis width, the following side roller dimensions are available: min 1010mm to max 1445mm (chassis 790mm), min 1200 to max 1740mm (chassis 980mm). The aisle recognition feature is available only for the versions with the 980mm chassis.
Hydraulics System:
XOP10 use proportional valve technology for the main lift and lowering. The system also includes hydraulic dampening when lowering in order to provide a progressive stop when the cab reaches the end position.
Motors and Performances:
These order pickers have 24V encapsulated AC motors for the drive and steering which allow driving characteristics independent of the load weight and energy regeneration when braking.
Three performance levels are available for lifting according to the motor power (3.2 kW - 4.0kW -7.6kW).
