Electric Sideways Seated Ride-on Stacker

CSR^ac stackers easily tackle any type of medium height stacking activities over medium-long distances.
For both models we underline the very comfortable and ergonomic driving position and the easy maintenance. CSRi models are standard equipped with lifting arms and so are proper to get across ramps and floor connections.
Chassis
Robust steel construction consisting of a traction unit, which accomodates the driver’s seat and all controls, and a lift unit. Easy access to the motor for maintenance. 4-wheel structure provides optimum weight distribution and reduced pressure, assuring best stability.
Driver’s seat
Spacious driver’s seat designed for ergonomic conditions. CSR^ac range is equipped with a hydraulically cushioned seat with different adjustments. The platform is hydraulically adjusted in accordance with driver’s requirements.
Steering
Electric steering: noiseless, activated by the driver with no effort. The small steering wheel allows high speed and easy manoeuvrability.
Traction
Powerful 3kW motor AC three-phase technology. High performance and optimal energy consumption thanks to bevel gear transmission.
Hydraulic system
Compact and powerfull pump unit operated from the control panel. The hydraulic functions are controlled by an electromagnetic valve and a valve that regulates the lower function. A pressure relief valve protects the system from becoming overloaded.
Braking
An electromagnetic brake acts as parking brake. The truck brakes smoothly and gradually when the butterfly is operated to reverse the truck. CSR^ac is fitted with e-ABS braking system that avoids block of drive wheel during brake, with very narrow braking area. The resul is a big improvement of safety.
Battery
Easy access from top for maintenance operations. Side removing with external battery stand (option).
