XOP 07ac

Low level vertical order picker

The new concept chassis is designed making use of Finite Element Method (FEM) calculations.
The XOP 07ac structure consists of 3 fixed support points. The drive wheel is located centrally. The vehicle has a reduced size drive wheel/loading wheel wheelbase, allowing the vehicle to move easilly in tight spaces and overcome uneven flooring without the trolley interfering with the floor itself.
All cover panels are made from high density polyethylene (HDPE), an elastic, shock resistant material.
The same material is used for the battery cover and the whole operator position, where there are also various document and object holders. The vehicle has a housing which can take a 24V battery with a capacity of up to 480Ah.
The batteries can be composed of DIN EN 60254-2 standard components. The XOP 07ac has a lifting capacity of 700 Kg at load centre distance of 600 mm. The trolley comes as a fixed fork cabin version or as a mountable cabin version for levelling the forks.
The highly ergonomically designed operator position has a structure containing the instrument panel, the steering bar and the battery compartment cover. The footplate has a soft, non-slip rubber standing area and is just 160 mm above ground level unless raised. The footplate can be raised to a maximum height of 1,200 mm.
The drive motor has a nominal power rating of 3 kW. Thanks to the use of three-phase technology, it has been possible to obtain the following benefits:
¦ Low revolution noise
¦ Energy savings, with low energy consumption No maintenance required.
The engine is mounted on the fixed section of the drive gear, and therefore remains steady during steering.
Thus, the electrical cables on the engine do not move, further increasing the reliability of the vehicle.
The pump motor has a nominal power rating of 2.2 kW.
The XOP 07ac truck has electrical power steering in combination with an innovative (Easy Drive) steering handle fitted as standard where the controls are all at your fingertips. The steering motor is the standard dual winding version with nominal power rating of 0.6 kW.
The XOP 07ac truck is fitted with three braking systems:
¦ Controlled release service braking
¦ Reverse gear braking
¦ Emergency parking brake
This comprehensive braking system makes the vehicle completely safe.
The truck is fitted with a new MOSFET technology-based electrical system which allows control of the drive motor. This device works as an Inverter, transforming the battery voltage into a three-phase voltage system for running the motor.
The steering motor is controlled by a dedicated MOSFET technology card. Data communication occurs by means of CAN Bus technology and uses automobile type connectors for greater reliability.
