New tow tractors of series CT/CTR, with man on board standing/seated, have a towing capacity range of 1500, 2000 and 2500 kg and are specifically intended and designed for operator transport and goods on trailers towing.
Compact and agile, OM tractors enable rapid movements across large industrial areas with ease and in complete safety, therefore providing increased productivity and efficiency. For this reason they are particularly well suited for production lines adopting the “lean” model, an approach to the global management of the production process in order to reduce complexities as much as possible, while increasing flexibility and minimizing waste.

The vehicles are slim and robust, capable of supporting intensive work shifts and ideal for moving around in narrow spaces and intricate courses within warehouses and facilities on planar surfaces.

• The modern and effective design matches its flexible and energetic nature. The covers are made of highly resistant and easy to clean fiberglass. The smooth, rounded line highlights the attention on security. The spacious driving position, the reduced height of the footboard, and easily accessible commands on the dashboard ensure maximum comfort for the operator.
• The structure is solid and robust because of frame reinforcements that do not compromise the vehicle’s lightness. Stability is based on 3 support points with super-resilient anti-tracking and anti-puncture tyres.
• Front-wheel drive for CT and rear-wheel drive for CTR models, with engines from 1.2 to 2.0 kW and the chance of choosing among 3 standard gear ratios. The rear tow hook is made from a single piece of powder painted iron.
• Leading edge electronics with MOSFET transistors allows the regulation of speed, acceleration and braking parameters, enabling to recover energy when releasing or reversing gears.
• The service break steps in when traction is released, while the emergency break lever is located on the handlebars. Traction is triggered by pressing the operator pedal located on the floorboard. On the dashboard there also is the red emergency button.
• Different battery formats available, according to models and work endurance, from 120 to 320 Ah – 24 V.
• Several accessories available such as the document-stand and personal possessions container facilitate daily work operations. Optional for CT models is the operator seat backrest that enables to maintain a correct and secure position for extended periods of time, while default on CTRs are the comfortable leather seats.

Located on the dashboard are then the ignition key, front lights on/off switch, the direction setting switch and the battery charge status indicator. Thanks to the adoption of highly reliable components, the CT/CTR tractor product range requires minimum maintenance with regular controls that vary in frequency depending on usage intensity.
