Monaco
The annual convention of OM German dealers was held on 25 and September 26, in Monaco. The event has seen the participation of almost all indirect OM network in Germany, about twenty dealers distributed on the whole country.
Many interesting subjects were touched during the event: German market evolution, 2009’ business strategies of the company included the new products advance information, with a special focus on service and spare parts, always considered essential for OM Carrelli Elevatori Spa.
OM’ Italian executives were able to explain the new plan for 2009 and at the same time, they heard the voices of those who work directly on the field and manage customers and their requests daily.
Participation by the network has been constructive and careful, and everybody described the meeting as a success.
