Information note in compliance with article 10 of the Law December 31st 1996, No. 675, and following amendments and integrations

We are pleased to inform you that collecting and processing personal data are performed in compliance with correctness, legitimacy, transparency criteria, taking account of your privacy and rights. In particular, collecting and processing your data are performed mainly to enable you to enter a reserved area in OM site.
 Realising your own data is not mandatory, but in case of rejection OM Carrelli Elevatori cannot enable you to visualise a particular area of OM Internet site.

The process of personal data will be carried out basically automatically and with IT- aids, with full respect of the privacy and safety requirements of the Law.
 Please note that the data entered will be available for companies of our Group, located both abroad and in the domestic area. In the latter case we will provide you with any further information due in compliance with the applicable law.

Owner of the data processing are OM Carrelli Elevatori S.p.A. with seat in Lainate, Viale De Gasperi 7. Responsible for the data processing is the pro-tempore Human Resources Manager with domicile at the premises of the writing company for carrying out his tasks.

Eventually we inform you that you can address the owner of the data processing for claiming for your rights in compliance with the article 13 of the Law December 31st 1996, No. 675, applicable without restrictions, and in particular (among other clauses):

• For being informed about any processing of data regarding you;
• For claiming from the processing owner delete, stop, update, correction or modification of such data.
