Cockpit: Designed for safe and comfortable operation, the driver’s cab is internally lined with impact-resistant plastic material shaped so as to create several storage compartments (beverage holder above the display, pen case between the joystick and display, side pocket laterally of the driver’s seat and underneath the armrest). It provides easy access to the driver’s position and has 180° electric steering with a horizontally adjustable steering wheel 200mm of diameter.
Control panel and multifunction joystick: The display symbols, similar to those of the Man-Up version, have been designed to be straightforward and simple to understand, while the high-contrast display ensures readability. The lower part of the display is set up with symbols for users or parameterized functions. The joystick is ergonomically positioned so that the forearm of the operator can rest comfortably on the armrest while moving the joystick. The operating manoeuvres are very logical and intuitive to learn, and all the hydraulic functions can be operated with one hand (right) without changing grip.
Driver’s seat: The standard version has a cloth-covered driver’s seat with hydraulic shock absorption. It can be regulated according to the operator's weight, and the backrest has an adjustable tilt of about 4°. The driver’s seat also has lumbar support and forward/backward adjustment of approximately 200 mm.
Masts: Many different versions are available (telescopic or triplex) in order to adapt the truck to the various customer requirements in terms of lifting height and capacity. The masts are designed to obtain the best performance with high stability and safety up to the maximum lifting height. For improved visibility, the Triplex masts are equipped with four cylinders.
Auxiliary mast: Available as an option, the auxiliary mast could be particularly useful if the warehouse has any constructional limitations, such as under beam height, roof height.
Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is standard-equipped with proportional valve technology for sensible control of the lifting, lowering, shift and swivel movements. The truck has a welded tank for the hydraulic oil, with a capacity of 31 litres, located between the battery and the mast for easy service access. All the mast cylinders are equipped with hydraulic damping for a soft end of the stroke.
Masterdrive: The masterdrive is an advanced electronic control, through the CAN BUS architecture, which allows real-time monitoring of active functions, adapting the truck’s performance to the effective operating conditions (available as an option with load sensors and load weight measurement).
Powerful 48V AC motors: These maintenance-free encapsulated motors provide top performance with excellent comfort and safety.
Type of guidance: The truck is available in a mechanically guided version (with side guide rollers) or an inductive wire-guided version. For greater safety, the truck is always equipped with an aisle recognition system, using the safety profiles suited to the particular driving conditions (inside or outside the aisle). System parameterization and diagnostics, together with failure memorization with error codes provided by the “service tool box” issued to OM technicians, allow quick maintenance and efficient servicing of the trucks.
